This Paris apartment is located in an 18th century building in the First Arrondisement. Formerly a hotel de particulier. it is now an historic building comprised of 6 apartments only. The building is very well located between the rue St Honore, avenue de l'Opera, and the Place Vendome/rue de la Paix. The Louvre, the Tuileries, the Embassies, the chic and fashionable shopping districts, the Opera Garnier and the Palais Royal are all within a 5 minute's walk.
This building is also on the Marche St Honore. Here in the middle of the place is a large modern office center of BNP-PARIBAS. Downstairs, there is a mix of Italian furniture galleries and an Audi auto boutique. on all sides of the Place Marche St Honore are many great restaurants, cafes, bakeries and bars. There is a desk and chair too. One wall of this bedroom has floor to ceiling closet space. The bedroom has two large windows that look out onto a quiet side street. The flooring for this bedroom is a light beige carpeting. The second bathroom is next door to the bedroom and is equipped with a nice sized-window, a shower stall, toilet and the combination washing machine/dryer.
